From Goal to Deal: Strategic Negotiation

A combination of theoretical knowledge, practical examples, and innovative insights will ensure that you can act from strength and conviction in your next negotiations.

Negotiating is a skill that can only be mastered by doing it often. The style, experience, and attitude brought by a negotiator can have a huge impact on the process and outcome of the negotiation. During this 2-day course, we provide a theoretical framework and with the help of our '7-phase model', we assist participants in preparation and execution. We provide ample opportunity for practice and gaining experience by providing feedback to participants during and after exercises.

This course is in Dutch. In 2024 we will organize one in English.

This training is for professionals who regularly deal with negotiations, for example in:

  • Policy development or advocacy;

  • Sales, purchasing or contract management;

  • Organizational change or project management;

  • Politically complex contexts.
