Protection of your privacy
Nfluence, takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. We therefore treat your personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. This privacy statement applies to all personal data that is collected and used by Nfluence. This concerns client data provided by you, but also information about visits to our website, newsletter sign-ups, participation in campaigns or special offers, and information used in our consultancy assignments. Nfluence only uses your data with your permission or when Nfluence needs your data to provide you with products or services or has already done so. If and when Nfluence processes your data in any other way, this requires your (explicit) consent.
Personal data that we process
NFluence processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided this data to us yourself. This may include the following data: first name and surname, gender, date of birth, place of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
We do not collect special personal data, such as data concerning race or ethnicity, religious conviction, criminal records, physical or mental health status, or the sexual orientation of our visitors. If necessary, we will ask for your explicit consent to collect and use the data referred to.

Nfluence processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Nfluence does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have (considerable) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a person (such as an employee of Nfluence).
How long we keep personal data
Nfluence does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We handle the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
Event registrations: up to 12 months after the event,
Reason: registration of the event and for sending information afterwards
Contact forms: up to 12 months after submitting the form,
Reason: contacting because of form and for sending information afterwards
Application form: up to 3 months after submitting the form,
Reason: necessary information for application procedure
Sharing personal data with third parties
Nfluence does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this data to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude processor agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. &FLUENCE remains responsible for the processing of your data.
Protection of children’s privacy
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission, please contact us at info@nfluence.nl and we will delete this information.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Nfluence will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. Nfluence would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
