Every year, 1,500 children are born with a heart defect. This is the number one cause of death among children under the age of 15. Stichting Hidde Helpt, founded by Marieke Lemmers, is committed to helping children with congenital heart defects. The Foundation raises money for projects in the field of (scientific) research on congenital heart defects, education of (pediatric) cardiologists and (pediatric) heart surgeons. They have also published a book that takes children and parents through the entire process, from pre-surgery to the operating room and especially beyond. Something Marieke herself struggled with when her son had to undergo heart surgery.

For the book launch, “Het Hart van Hidde,” we are supporting the Foundation throughout the (media) process. By sharing influence, we ensure that the story is shared, heard, and understood in the right way. Because influence happens when you listen and when you are heard, and that's where we help.
