Bio
Tom is an engineer in Industrial Design Engineering (Eindhoven University of Technology), specializing in design leadership and entrepreneurship. At &FLUENCE, Tom combines his technical background and experience with public institutions to approach challenges from a different perspective. Through this he helps young high-tech companies develop innovative ways to make an impact.
In addition, he has held both national and international board positions at the European Youth Parliament, a pan-European informal educational platform. This has given him a thorough understanding of European institutions and how organisational development can be facilitated on a national and international scale.
