Jonas is a junior consultant at &FLUENCE, bringing with him a diverse mix of skills and experiences. With an academic background in (private) law, and experience as a legal advisor, he has a good eye for legal issues and policy analysis.
As chairman of the University Council of Maastricht University, he has dealt with strategic decision-making, crisis management and strategic communication. He gained expertise in developing strategies for crisis management and conflict resolution.
In addition, he was ultimately responsible for advising and supporting the University Board on behalf of all employees and students. This gave him experience in policy advice and advocacy.
After a period as a mediator, he noticed how much can be gained by engaging in dialogue in the right way. This makes him extra driven to support others in this.
