To Erin, power is in the process. She supports our clients to design engagements that are intentional and responsive to the shared interests between you and your stakeholders. This involves challenging your thinking to look beyond usual stakeholder routines, and pinpoint blindspots where engagements generate more or different value (without feeling like a catch-all approach). By creating a process where your stakeholders understand how you matter (more) for them, your message can be heard in a way where everyone feels part of the solution.

Next to Erin’s work as a consultant, she is currently pursuing her PhD at Leiden University, focusing on how policymakers navigate their engagement with diverse stakeholders in national and EU policy making processes. Erin is also a researcher for the Lobbying and Democratic Governance team at the University of Ottawa that focuses on how public and private actors engage in Canada.

Prior to this, Erin was a lecturer and researcher in an NWO-funded research project that focuses on the impact of stakeholders in EU regulatory processes. She also interned with the Global Public Affairs team at Heineken and the European liaison office of the World Resources Institute.  Erin has completed her Master in Public Administration and her Bachelor in Political Science.

“Our work sits at the intersections of today's complex societal issues. It is at these intersections we work alongside our clients to create processes that untangle these issues, create value for all those involved, and seek solutions that prioritize dialogue between public and private sectors.”
