Blanche works at &FLUENCE as the Social Impact Lead to guide an open and trust-based approach to negotiating, stakeholder relations, and collaboration between leaders in businesses, government institutions, and civil society organizations, in accelerating the transition to a more sustainable and regenerative economy.
Blanche is a Fellow at the Tällberg Foundation and aims to contribute to a network of world leaders whose work has a positive impact and is rooted in universal values. Before joining &FLUENCE, she worked as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands for almost ten years.
