Aidan spent the first eight years of his career in the music industry composing, recording, and producing his own music in the Netherlands and beyond. Collaborating with artists from around the world and engaging in constant contract negotiations inspired him to delve into international negotiations and effective negotiation and networking skills. Leveraging his creativity and experience from the international cultural sector, he guides clients to think beyond 'textbook' approaches to negotiating and networking, supporting them in devising effective stakeholder engagement. Aidan holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
