Applies to delivery of services and products.

Article 1 – Definitions

&fluence &stitute: The organisation providing the training or education.
Participant: The natural person who registers to participate in a training.
Client: The natural or legal person who issues the assignment to follow a training (can also be the Participant).

Article 2 – Registration

  1. Registration for a training is done in writing or digitally via the registration form, email, or an online registration.

  2. By registering, the Participant agrees to these study conditions.

  3. The registration is only final after receipt of a confirmation from &fluence &stitute.

Article 3 – Payment

  1. The full amount must be paid before the start of the training, unless agreed otherwise.

  2. Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

  3. In the event of late payment, &fluence &stitute reserves the right to refuse participation.

Article 4 – Special needs and support

  1. Should you require specific support or an adjustment during the training (for example due to physical, mental, or other personal circumstances), please let us know in good time.


  2. &fluence &stitute will make every effort to, in consultation with the Participant, take appropriate measures to offer an equivalent learning experience.



Article 5 – Cancellation by Participant

  1. Cancellation must be done in writing or by email.

  2. In case of cancellation within 14 days before start, the full course fee is due.

  3. In case of impediment, the Participant can be replaced by someone else, provided this is reported in advance.

Article 6 – Cancellation by &fluence &stitute

  1. &fluence &stitute reserves the right to cancel a training in case of insufficient participants or force majeure.

  2. In that case, the fully paid course fee will be refunded.

  3. &fluence &stitute is not liable for damage or costs resulting from cancellation.

Article 7 – Liability

  1. Participation in a training is at one's own risk.

  2. &fluence &stitute is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising during or as a result of the training.

  3. &fluence &stitute is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Article 8 – Intellectual property

  1. All materials provided remain the property of &fluence &stitute, unless agreed otherwise.

  2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use course material in any commercial way without written permission.

Article 9 – Confidentiality and privacy

  1. All information shared during the training will be treated confidentially.

  2. &fluence &stitute processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 10 – Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints about the training or organisation can be submitted in writing to &fluence &stitute.

  2. &fluence &stitute aims to respond substantively within 14 days.

  3. Complaints are treated confidentially and registered.

Article 11 – Applicable law

These study conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where &fluence &stitute is established.
