Julia has an academic background in both public administration (Public Management) and communication science (Marketing & Corporate Communication). Julia is interested in operating at the intersection of public and private forces, where in-depth analysis and strategic communication come together.
During her internship at Rotterdam Festivals, Julia gained insight into the interplay between municipal governance and festival organizers, and how policy and organization come together to create cultural impact. During her studies, she deepened her knowledge in stakeholder management, including research she conducted during her graduation internship at an executive agency of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security, and Nature.
Driven by societal impact and the public interest, Julia aims to provide advice that is both substantively strong and communicatively effective.
