Jeroen worked for more than 20 years in journalism, as a political reporter for the NOS, for Radio 1 and the NOS Journaal. He specialized in the fields of Finance, Defence and Foreign Affairs. For Radio 1 he was also a correspondent in Washington. In addition, he taught Journalism to international students at the University of Groningen. After the NOS, he spent seven years as spokesperson and sparring partner for the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation. Jeroen knows the corridors of The Hague like no other. At &FLUENCE, Jeroen leads our teams with his expertise in reputation management and critical sparring. Jeroen sees through the game of political dialogue and negotiation: he knows which conversations are necessary, how to conduct them at the right moment and how conflicting interests are resolved through dialogue and negotiation.
