From plan to practice - With a legal background and more than 25 years of experience across business, public affairs and strategic communications, Ilse brings a strong understanding of how business priorities, public interests and stakeholder dynamics come together.
Having worked both in-house and in consulting, and across the Netherlands, Brussels and the US, she has advised senior executives and boards on issues ranging from European regulation and major transactions to reputation, licence to operate and business transformation. Her sector experience spans high tech, energy, industry, maritime and consumer, giving her a broad perspective on navigating complex and highly regulated environments. She combines strategic perspective and business acumen to help leaders make clear choices and build the support needed to move forward.
