Aside from her work at &FLUENCE, Kajsa is studying Law at Utrecht University, which has made her specialized in policy and critical analysis. Before joining &FLUENCE, she also worked at two non-profit organizations, Toekies and De Rechtswinkel, where she gained experience in communication and societal impact.
Kajsa chose to work at &FLUENCE because of its unique vision on negotiation and influence, which places trust and dialogue at the forefront. This aligns with her personal philosophy that, despite her legal background, the best solutions are not found through confrontation but through empathy and collaboration.
